John Fisher, Managing Director

John heads up the business. He has over 30 years’ experience in marketing communications, incentives and performance improvement programmes, specialising in the financial services sector. He’s written five business books, including the definitive guide to distributor engagement, How to Run Successful Incentive Schemes, now in its third edition. He comments regularly in the marketing press. He studied Old Norse at university and speaks French and German.

Chris Taylor, Director

Chris takes control of our overall brand engagement offer and is a specialist both in digital marketing incentivisation and experience management. With a long list of global, technical clients such as Sony, Dell, Sony PlayStation, Sony Ericsson, Jawbone and T-Mobile, it’s no surprise he’s a gadget freak and likes nothing better than up, down or even side-loading the latest APP to do even more extraordinary things with a mobile phone.

Miranda Glover, Group Account Director

Miranda specialises in brand positioning, strategic digital comms, film and social media marketing. She heads up some of our key accounts, including LG Mobile, Global and EHQ. She’s previously worked for international agencies with Motorola, Sony PlayStation, Lastminute.com, Unilever and others. She’s also got literary credentials, having published three novels with Random House.

Clare Chadbund, Key Account Manager

Clare is a brand expert who specialises in e-learning, multi-platform channel marketing, digital media. She is responsible for on and offline delivery across several accounts. She’s worked with The Law Society, Exxon Mobil, Audi UK, IHG, T-Mobile and LG Mobile. She has the skill to balance seamless, tactical delivery with the strategic planning across complex, bespoke and retained client accounts. She is also a body pump fanatic and is obsessively tidy.

Gerry York, Director

Gerry is a respected travel and events industry insider with a long group travel pedigree. He’s operated corporate events in most corners of the globe. He has many contacts, both on the supplier and corporate side, including Abbey Life, Philips, Lloyds TSB. Before co-founding FMI, he ran a successful, independent agency, managing most of Barclay plc’s in-house events.

Dave Ball, Events Director

Dave brings expertise, wit and a cool head to the complex world of event planning and delivery. He’s travelled the world and is savvy on where, what and how his clients can get the best experience from their investment. There are very few clients he hasn’t worked for and brings inventiveness and charisma to the FMI event team. There are very few places in the world he hasn’t been to either – or isn’t prepared to go.

Rod Lee, Business Director

Rod has 30 years’ experience designing and managing sales incentive programmes for clients such as Barclays FS, VW, Skoda, Saab, IBM and Wickes. He’s responsible for developing new contacts and turning their frustrations into workable projects that deliver a bottom line brand benefit. He is a volunteer National Trust guide at Ashridge and was once an apprentice mechanic at Ford Motor Company.
