Although we like to talk about strategic marketing and targeted comms, sometimes you just have to get out there and do the event. On this occasion it was the Stuttgart Beer Festival for one of our electronics clients. They had certainly earned the right to celebrate having outperformed their targets in arguably the worst UK trading conditions for at least a million years.
The event included two nights in the Hotel Am Schlossgarten, two nights in the Grand beer tent and oh yes, a brief visit to the Mercedes Benz Museum, just to prove to the folks back home that it wasn’t entirely a drinking event. Normally we would like to list here all the positive comments people made about the event…but no-one can remember what happened. Suffice it to say we have rebooked it for next year already. Prost!
